Atyeti is a leading financial institution seeking an experienced Senior TLM Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior TLM Business Analyst, you will play a critical leadership role in driving business analysis, solution design, and process improvements for our trade lifecycle management systems. Essential: 1. 8+ years of experience in TLM, trade finance, or a related field. 2. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and managing projects. 3. Excellent business analysis and solution design skills, with experience in TLM systems and trade finance processes. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: 1. Provide strategic direction and leadership for TLM business analysis and solution design. 2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement TLM strategy and roadmap. 3. Identify and prioritize business requirements, and develop business cases for TLM system enhancements and new initiatives. Business Analysis and Solution Design: 1. Lead complex business analysis and solution design initiatives for TLM systems. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and develop solutions that meet business needs. 3. Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, use cases, and user stories. Project Management and Delivery: 1. Lead and manage TLM projects, including coordinating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and identifying risks. 2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 3. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Stakeholder Management and Communication: 1. Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners. 2. Communicate project updates, progress, and issues to stakeholders. 3. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions as needed. Mentoring and Coaching: 1. Mentor and coach junior business analysts and team members. 2. Provide guidance and support for business analysis and solution design initiatives. 3. Share knowledge and expertise to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
