Company Description Zinque Boutique Patisserie is a cloud-based French patisserie located in Santacruz West & Lower Parel West Mumbai. We specialize in egg free Entremets, cakes, Chocolates and other treats, perfect for any time of day or occasion and in s erving gourmet & handmade pastries throughout the day, from morning cookies to afternoon pastries paired with wine, and celebration cakes for special occasions. We would request only those candidates to apply who live in Mumbai. Role Description - Assistant Pastry Chef This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef at Zinque. The role involves assisting the Head Pastry Chef in the day-to-day production of pastries, cakes, etc. The Assistant Pastry Chef will also be responsible for preparing, decorating pastries, accepting online orders and ensuring that all baked goods meet quality and safety standards and taking online orders. Qualifications - Assistant Pastry Chef
- Should have a hands on experience in Entremet department for min 1 year.
- Should be well versed with making mousse, inserts, moulding, glazing and spraying
- Bakery, Baking, and Culinary Skills
- Food Preparation and Cooking skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for pastry and baked goods
- Ability to follow recipes and measurement instructions accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a professional kitchen or pastry shop is a must.
- Certificate or diploma in baking or pastry arts is a must.
- Expertise in chocolate tempering, moulding and decorating techniques.
- Hands-on experience in panning chocolate and coating nuts, etc.
- Should be able to make different type of chocolate garnishes.
- Ensure all products need taste texture and visual presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space, adhering to health and safety regulation.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage time lines for various orders.
- Creative mind set with the ability to develop unique and appealing chocolate products.

- Ability to create and innovate with chocolate-based products
- Attention to detail and quality in chocolate creations
- Creativity and passion for crafting delectable chocolate treats
- Experience in working with chocolate and pastry
- Training or certification in chocolate making is a plus
