Company Description Deboned Restaurant is a restaurant specialized in providing grilled chicken from a new perspective. We have dedicated ourselves from the first day in August 2021 to give our customers a unique experience. Our plan is to dominate the chicken restaurant industry and to exist in every country in the world. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuwait City. As an Area Manager - F&B - Operations Dept., you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant locations within your assigned area. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and evaluating the performance of restaurant managers, ensuring compliance with company standards, implementing operational strategies, developing and maintaining customer relationships, optimizing sales and profitability, and actively participating in the recruitment and training process. Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
