Leasing Consultant /Property Advisor/Real Estate Agent

Job Description

• Manage all sales and leasing aspects of assigned properties 
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and retailers 
• Negotiate lease/contracts terms with prospective clients. 
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities 
• Regular update on market news and data. 
• Should be able to generate leads easily. 
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties 
• Present properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner 
• Responding to queries/leads and conducting property inspections 
• Coordinating property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of contact management database 

Job Requirements

• Applications without a picture will be disregarded.
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate leasing and property sales, working for a Brokerage company or a Real Estate developer. 
• Bachelor’s degree. 
• Own a Car. 
• Good understanding about property management, Mall Management and Tenant mix. 
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software 
• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation 
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills 
• Well organized with excellent time management skills 
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations. 
• Basic understanding of MS Office 
• Good presentation and negotiation skills 
• Excellent B2B relationship management skills 
• Customer-focused approach 
• Proficiency of English Language spoken and written
