Oracle Solutions Architect Job Description Responsible for:
Providing expert-level consulting services for the design, implementation, and support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules within Oracle Fusion Applications.
Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business processes, configuring the ERP modules to align with their requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Additional Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on best practices and solutions.
Engage with clients to elicit and assess business requirements associated with ERP functionalities and processes.
Deliver integrated solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Offer post-implementation support to ensure the smooth functioning of ERP solutions.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Stay abreast of Oracle Fusion Applications updates, new features, and industry trends.
Provide proactive recommendations and enhancements based on acquired knowledge.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP modules for continuous improvement.
Personal Skills Extensive experience (10+ years) working as a consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Applications ERP modules implementation and support. EBS Knowledge is a plus. Skills required include:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Oracle certifications related to Oracle Fusion Applications ERP module will be a plus.
Experience in leading workshops, conducting training sessions, and providing end-user support.

As a successful candidate you will hold a:</p>

	<li>15 years of experience as a Technology Consultant ideating, scouting, introducing and tracking value added technology deployment.</li>
	<li>Good understanding of downstream technologies, including but not limited to refinery processes.</li>
	<li>Experience in developing business case and benefit/cost analysis for downstream technology.</li>
	<li>Experience in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, across the project lifecycle fostering effective communication and cooperation.</li>
	<li>Able to demonstrate excellent understanding of management of change, engineering and design package as well as regulatory, risk mitigation and safety requirements.</li>
	<li>Experience in change management, including developing and implementing technology changes.</li>

			'description' => '<p><b>About the Role:</b><br /><br />As a Machinery Diagnostics Field Engineer, you will be providing customers with complete service solutions to address their critical rotating machinery assets, protection, and monitoring system, in addition to delivering diagnostics trainings after following the certification process. This will include evaluating machinery condition based on rotor dynamic analysis; installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining protection system hardware; installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining monitoring system hardware & software.<br /><br /><b>Essential Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Providing leadership, technical direction, and assistance to the customer, user, and other field personnel in the diagnostic and long-term maintenance of Bently Nevada equipment and customers<br>&bull; rotating machinery</li><li>Performing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at customer locations</li><li>Diagnosing machinery problems based upon available data i.e. vibration, process, performance data, maintenance records, customer communications, etc.</li><li>Completing timely standard service reports with documentation of findings / recommendations</li><li>Reacting to customer required travel in a timely manner, while bringing all required service equipment</li><li>Identify proper installation of permanently installed transducers and monitors and be able to install transducers.</li><li>Properly install temporary shaft, casing, optical, and laser-based transducers to acquire additional machinery data, and professionally use MDS data acquisition instruments to acquire field data, this includes ADRE408, Scout, System 1&nbsp;&reg;</li><li>Successfully extract machinery data plots from MDS data acquisition instruments and System 1&nbsp;&reg;.</li><li>Recognize good versus bad machinery vibration data, coupled with the ability to evaluate the overall quality of a data set.</li><li>Recognize and quantify the severity of machinery vibration data in accordance with applicable industry standards (e.g., API, ISO).</li><li>Hands on experience with Field-balancing of critical machinery like steam & gas turbines, generators, compressors, and pumps.</li><li>Perform a simple two-channel impact test using an impact hammer and an appropriate accelerometer to determine natural frequencies of structures, rotors, piping, and machinery support systems.</li><li>Perform and interpret Operating Deflection Shapes (ODS) and basic modal analysis.</li><li>Collect data for torsional analysis.</li><li>Adhere to BH HSE at all work sites, and conduct fieldwork in compliance with all applicable regulations, and customer requirements.</li></ul>
<p><b>Qualifications Requirements:</b></p>
<ul><li>Graduate engineer from an accredited institution with a 4-year technical degree. A BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machinery Diagnostics Services Field Services.</li><li>Certified Vibration Analyst level 2 or higher from an accredited Institute is preferred.</li><li>Have availability to travel up to 70% of the time, as required.</li><li>Have knowledge or experience with mechanical vibration, rotating machinery vibration and/or diagnostics, rotor dynamic analysis, machinery balancing and alignment.</li><li>Willing to work at customer plant sites for extended hours and travel widely within the geographic region with short notice.</li><li>Ability to work in arduous temperature environments, heights, and perform all tasks wearing required Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li>Ability to handle the physical strength and agility requirements of the job in accordance with specific job descriptions.</li><li>Ability to interpret and understand machinery mechanical and electrical system drawings and specifications.</li><li>Strong command of oral and written communication in English language, plus formal presentations</li></ul>
