Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in Mechanical & HVAC operation and maintenance
- Working experience in HVAC building operations & maintenance environment with knowledge on operations and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, package units, split units.
- Knowledge on basic design concepts of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration will be an advantage.
- District cooling plant or large scale plant experience is an advantage.
- Good report writing skills for submission of Incident reports, Technical investigation reports, etc.
- Team player with good leadership skill to be able to manage contractors.
- Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Computer literacy in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Good knowledge of ISO standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
