When we are thriving globally it's not just about investing in our infrastructure, service offering and technology, but by also investing in our people.The Role?To give utmost quality and detailed training to learners in line to the latest standards and industry norms while continuously improving company's training services.Main Responsibilities & Key Result AreasIdentify and assess learner needs, and create effective learning options to meet those needsProvide support in planning, designing and developing training materials and assessment instruments in line with awarding body requirementsDeliver training using a variety of training aids and appropriate resources to suit learner needsEnsure effective content coverage by analyzing outcomes of the program and work placementsEstablish clear objectives for all workshops, activities and projectsDeliver Electrical Habilitation L1 for Non-ElectriciansAssess Non-Electricians in line to NFC 18-510 normsDeliver Electrical Habilitation L2 for ElectriciansAssess Electricians in line to NFC 18-510 norms and their competencyIncorporate different safety practices and standards to all courses conductedDeliver Incident Free Induction by North Oil Company for their employees, contractors and third partiesAttend Technical Meetings with clients for clarification and queries of coursesCheck and ascertain if Certificates issued to delegates are correct and in line to NFC 18510 normsFollow Safety Flash Program by Regional QHSE Engineer and incorporating it to the programAttend QHSE meeting for continuous self-improvement, awareness and guidanceEstablish and deliver training courses as required by companyConduct duties required by company in line with capabilityRequirementsBachelor of Science in Mechanical EngineeringLicensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer3 years' experience in Mechanical, Electrical or technical tradeCompetent in MS Office systemsPreferred:3 years of Electromechanical/HSE Trainer and AssessorTraining Qualification for teaching and/or assessingBehaviors and Personal Qualities:Ability to work under pressureCommitted and HardworkingSelf-MotivatedReceptive to new ideasCreative and Detail-orientedAble to work on own initiativeTrainable and Fast LearnerHas the ability and willingness to learn, grow and expandAdapts well in fast-paced work environmentResponds well to pressure and work demandsPro-activeBenefitsTicket allowanceMedical Insurance
