HR Manager | Connecting Minds | United Arab EmiratesEmployment: Full TimeAre you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the automotive industry? Our Client is seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join our Client.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the dealership's overall goals and objectives.Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates and hires.Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture.Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career advancement.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management issues.Manage HR metrics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the dealership.The final role will be discussed at the time of the interview.Salary: AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar retail environment.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience ensuring compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and developing a team.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives that support business objectives.High level of integrity and confidentiality, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in all HR activities.Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.About the Company:Connecting Minds HR Services FZE is an Executive Recruitment agency that focuses on providing the right fit and tailored approach to help our clients obtain the right match.
