Junior Technical WMS Analyst - Montreal QCAs a Junior Technical WMS Analyst at Longbow, you will assist in configuring and delivering critical business functions for Longbow clients. In addition, you'll be documenting business requirements and processes, application configurations and more.Key Responsibilities:Provide product consulting, transfer of knowledge to client team.Assist with configuration of solutions to meet customer requirements.Assist with RF device, printer and other device configuration and support, as needed.Assist client team members through all phases of the implementation.Assist project team to manage client expectations to accomplish project success.Meet with customers and Longbow team members to consult, configure, implement and support client requirements.Assist in assessing customer business needs & design and configure appropriate solution document "as is" and "to be" processes.Develop and execute test plans and test environments, to validate functionality against design requirements, and manage customer acceptance testing as appropriate based on the WMS Solution being deployed.Document testing results and report bugs, fixes or changes required to Systems Analyst.Accurately capture and report on JIRA to ensure customers are properly invoiced for delivered services.Assist in the development of enhancement specifications for custom development.Assist in functional end user training.Guide business users on the operation of the application and the administration of business processes, reference data, etc.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain/Operations/Computer/Software Engineering or related degree.Expertise in JDA/Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Highjump, SAP, Tecsys or other Supply Chain Software systems (e.g., WMS, WFM, TMS) both as functional and technical analyst is highly desirable.Experience in an operational setting or relevant discipline.Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and other Database Technologies.Experience in documenting process flows and operational procedures.Operating systems - Windows and UNIX.XML/HTML, MOCA, Python/Perl, Visual Studio/Visual Basic.Strong knowledge and work experience with C/C++, C# and Java programming languages.Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license.Able & willing to travel.Why Join Longbow?Supportive work environment.Work/life balance.4-weeks of paid vacation.6 paid sick days, 2 paid personal days per year.Excellent health and dental benefits, eligible as of your first day!Group RRSP/401k Matching.Work from Home.Longbow Advantage is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.We are not able to assist with relocation or work permit applications for this role.
