The company's success lies in its highly specialized and innovative team, and on the technological know-how which makes Bosch the leading supplier in the automotive market.Your contribution to something big:Execute and monitor projects with public investment during all phases (application preparation & negotiation with funding entity, Kick-off & Charter, Execution & Benefit delivery, and closure);Development and support implementation of Consortiums Partnership Governance Model following best practices and coordinate relations between consortium stakeholders;Support and coach technical project teams in their activities namely, planning, risk management, KPI tracking, and more;Monitor project status and KPIs and produce regular tracking reports regarding scope, time and cost, quality, risk, and issues;Monitor and support technical project teams in investment planning and acquisition process (equipment, materials, services);Prepare and provide all project technical documentation (project charters, technical annex, etc.);Manage communications with funding entities, namely: change requests process (scope and schedule), clarification of doubts from authorities, and more.What distinguishes you:Education: Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.Experience: Proven experience handling publicly funded projects (preferably in R&D); proven experience in project management (PMP certification or equivalent preferred).Know How: Expertise in project management and handling public funding; ability to use analytical tools to solve complex problems.Working Style and Methods: Entrepreneurial competence, including setting high targets, using customer insights for improvement, managing uncertainty, making tough decisions, and learning from failures.Personality: Leadership competence (resilience, delegation, driving others, ensuring fair treatment); interpersonal competence (building lasting relationships, constructive conflict resolution, empathy, effective communication, and active listening).Professional Competences: Master own/area development align with group needs; making informed decisions based on knowledge.Flexible work conditions | Hybrid work system | Exchange with colleagues around the world | Health insurance and medical office on site (psychology, general clinic) | Training opportunities (e.g., technical training, foreign languages training) & certifications | Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products | Sports and health-related activities | Great access to public transport | Free transport from Porto | Free parking lot | CanteenSuccess stories don't just happen.
