Job Description
Handle all inquiries, complaints (technical /non-technical) and requests of the Gated communities’ elite customers through different interactions across all channels inbound, outbound, SMS, E-mails in terms of customer experience, complaints, retention, back office and risk management, technical (proactive and reactive) to fulfil customer's needs and enhance customer satisfactionJob Requirements
- Previous experience as technical support agent OR graduated from Computer Science or Information Systems department
- Very good English
