Artifex HR is hiring for a Physical education Industry We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager with extensive experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle—from on boarding to exit. This role will also be responsible for overseeing policy renewals and managing payroll operations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, including employee engagement, payroll management, and policy development. Location – Chennai Work Timings – 9 – 6 PM Experience – 5 – 8 years Key Responsibilities:
- On boarding: Lead and manage the entire on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company. Develop and implement on boarding materials, conduct orientation sessions, and support new employees in their transition.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs, implement training programs, and monitor employee engagement to maintain a positive work culture.
- Exit Management: Oversee the exit process for employees leaving the organization, including conducting exit interviews, managing off boarding documentation, and ensuring smooth transitions. Analyse exit data for trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Policy Development & Updates: Review, update, and renew company policies to ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and industry standards. Regularly assess and modify policies to support organizational growth and best HR practices.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant labour laws and regulations. Implement necessary changes to policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance.
- Internal Communication: Effectively communicate HR policies and updates to employees and management to ensure understanding and compliance across the organization.
- Payroll Processing: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, payroll calculations, deductions, bonuses, and ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on on boarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, and policy development.
- Proven track record in managing HR processes from on boarding to exit, including developing and renewing company policies.
