- Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics such as employee retention, performance, compensation, and engagement
- Support HR and management teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Assist in creating and maintaining HR dashboards and databases for easy data access
- Conduct trend analysis and identify areas for improvement in HR processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in HRMS (e.g., ADP, Workday), Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
