As a Project Engineer, you are responsible for all engineering matters relating to the safe, efficient and productive delivery of works, including skilled engineering activities and for leading and being a role model to a team. In addition to the above you will:

  1. Accountable for the day-to-day running of the project site and progress of works.
  2. Documentation required for project records and administration is completed accurately and within required time frames.
  3. Schedule works, procure contractor services and provide technical expertise as needed.

At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us. We’re looking for someone with:
  1. Relevant tertiary level qualifications / Bachelor of Engineering.
  2. Ideally 5+ years’ experience in project delivery across mid to large-scale roading projects in the Civil / Construction sector and of the contracting business.
  3. Full class 1 driver’s license.
  4. Working knowledge of current & relevant legislation.
  5. Knowledge of underlying engineering principles that represent good practice with NZ Civil.
