The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and HR Partners departments. The key responsibilities are as follows: Partner stakeholders on strategic HR matters, e.g. manpower / resource planning and succession planning Formulate & advise specific solutions for Research Entities taking into account the context & complexity unique to Research Entities Proactively identify trends & propose interventions Coordinate HR related operations; enforce service delivery & standard Act as resource linker for HR related support & services Requirements Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experiencein HR Excellent written and communication skills Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
