Digital Enablement - Planning Lead at New Zealand Transport Agency, Auckland

- Bring your operational and continuous mindset to this role
- Proven experience, in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital enablement strategies, complex roll out of new digital ways of working and ongoing support and continuous improvement practices
- Experience in leading digital enablement project teams, particularly in the early stages of strategy and implementation development
- A deep understanding of, and proven expertise implementing, AMDS, ISO 19650, NZ BIM Handbook
- Preferably a background in transport infrastructure with a strong and demonstrable business acumen
- Experience applying in-depth analysis to complex issues
- Highly effective planning and organisational skills including time management and prioritising work in a complex work environment
- Effective risk identification, mitigation and valuation
- A relevant Digital Engineering / Business tertiary qualification desirable
- Knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector

conduit between the early stage planning functions and the wider Digital Enablement team. The role is a part of the virtual enablement team, taking guidance from the Digital Enablement Business Lead.
