About the Job: My client is a high-profile aircraft lessor who has a requirement for a Contract Administrator to support their team. The successful candidate will ensure that all contract and insurance data is kept up-to-date and compliant with company standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapid-growth aircraft leasing firm. Key Responsibilities: Handle the processing of insurance and reinsurance renewals, including retrieving certificates and updating internal databases. Support in maintaining accurate records of insurance policies, letters of credit, and lease guarantees. Enter and maintain contract details from lease agreements and amendments in company systems. Assist with post-closing activities, including preparing checklists and circulating reports. Respond to inquiries related to contracts and insurance from lessees and insurance companies. Ensure compliance with all contract terms and flag any issues for further review. Contribute to administrative tasks related to contract management procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 years of relevant experience in contract or insurance administration. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of LeasePoint or a similar CMS is advantageous. Aviation industry experience or knowledge a plus.
