Consequently, the ideal candidate for the Senior/HSE Officer position shall be flexible and adaptable. In return, you will be rewarded with great opportunities to work on challenging projects in this key growth market.Role Summary:To review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and ergonomic factors.Duties and responsibilities:Conduct site inspection, reporting of the unsafe conditions & acts to the concerned supervisors & top managementReporting Safety Observations through HSE Dashboard (Management System Tool)Support Project HSE Manager/Sr. Safety Officer in HSE Compliance, implement HSE Policy and programsSupervising HSE for Multiple SubcontractorsConducting Toolbox talks and Induction TrainingDaily Workplace and Equipment InspectionHelping safety manager, Sr. Safety Officer to Preparing of JSA & Risk AssessmentsRegular verification of Work PermitsMaintaining of HSE checklists & inspection recordsIncident reporting, root cause investigation and team communicationImplementing project emergency response plan, fire & Safety plan, and rescue plansAssisting HSE Manager in conducting internal auditsArea inspection before and after the critical activitiesMaintaining two-way communication with the workers and managementIssuing, monitoring of working permits and authorizing project activityThe ideal candidate for the Senior/HSE Officer role has the following skills, personal qualities and experiences:Minimum HSE experience of 4 - 8 Years in GCCAdditional Certificate Courses such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA etc. related to Health & Safety is recommendedDemonstrates effective communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects, has strong training and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of applicable government regulations, computer skillsExhibits positivity, passion, integrity, and responsibilityWe are looking forward to receiving your application for the position as Senior/HSE Officer in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in case you meet the above-mentioned criteria.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
