For a reputable automotive group Heavy Equipment SERVICE DIVISIONFIELD SERVICE SUPERVISORREPORTS TO: SERVICE MANAGERJOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:The Field Service Supervisor is held accountable for achieving agreed workshop plans and results and is responsible for running the operation to ensure accurate troubleshooting of engine faults, both mechanical and electrical, facilitating minor/major repairs and overhaul of Diesel engines, both in Workshop and in a field service capacity.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Promote Heavy Equipment Products and ServicesDiagnose, repair and overhaul of all Diesel engines within approved standard repair times and in line with pre-set quality standardsDevelop and maintain administrative procedures and resources appropriate to the job/departmentBe aware of sales opportunities by being familiar with the local territory and customers, and maintain customer contactControl the quality of repairsPrepare technicians' paperwork and documents wherever requiredReport any unsafe equipment to your immediate supervisor or safety representativeQUALIFICATIONS:• Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/ Technical) and Management qualification (DBM)EXPERIENCE:• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale workField Service Supervisor Total package: 15000 RQ + Family TicketRight & Interested candidates: send your updated CV with photo toSubject: FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR - QatarTo avoid neglecting your CV, please send CV with photo, write company industry for every position in your CV, and write job title in the subject.Language Requirements:Arabic - Native / Mother TongueEnglish - Very GoodOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAnyJob Skills:AnyAbout The Company:Master HR (Recruitment, HR Consultation Services, Training, Development & Outsourcing).Job vacancies for all careersLicense No. '432', since 2001.01000006540
