- Handle travel arrangements, calendar management, and expense claims
- Manage logistics for leadership meetings
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities
- Coordinate new joiner onboarding activities
- Monitor and maintain departmental budget
- Implement effective records management, storage, and archiving files and correspondence, confidential reports, and other documentation
- Assist in preparing, planning, and executing ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or General Management related subject
- 3 - 5 years experience providing outstanding administrative support
- Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. vlookup, pivot table, mail merge, etc)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as conversational level Mandarin
- Detail-minded, positive work attitude, customer-oriented, and able to handle multi-tasks with good organizing skills
- Team player and willing to learn
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
