Mobile HVAC Technician, ON

Job Summary: Showcase diverse skills across various building types, manage day with freedom, build client relationships, grow skillsets through exposure to different technologies and systems, and directly contribute to the care and longevity of clients' valuable assets.Main Responsibilities:Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, some electrical, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings.Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies.Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.Study and become familiar with the various items of equipment, and the methods required to use them properly, that are required in everyday activities.Requirements:High School diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified college.HVAC Certificate of Qualification is required. 313A license or provincial equivalent.
