We are hiring Sales Associate for our Chocolate company. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

• Assist with product selection and demonstrations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Sales:
• Achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Utilize effective sales techniques, including suggestive selling and cross-selling.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
• Store Operations:
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and receiving merchandise.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
