You will assist in the commercial performance of the freighters by offering charters to increase utilization and improve profitability of charters and leasing opportunities.As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:Monitor, prepare, and keep track of BH utilization along with journey logs on a daily basis for all Leasing programs and coordinate with IOC for accurate updates in TOPS.Assist in research and maintenance of available options of leasing operators, aircraft capabilities, and contracts when finalized, and coordinate with finance for leasing fee payments as per agreed contract terms.Prepare BH reconciliation, coordinate with finance and service provider for account settlement on a monthly basis.Keep track of and prepare fuel reconciliation when a leased aircraft is delivered for operation and upon the end of the lease program to enable accurate settlement of invoices in coordination with the accounts payable team and Leasing operator.Maintain and provide detailed performance reports of all Charter I Leasing programs on a weekly/monthly basis to support important decisions.Log inquiry details in Croamis and present an optimal offer in line with the market situation to charter customers by ensuring that all types of costs are considered for revenue maximization.Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills.
