This role is based in our Riyadh office.Our Disputes & Economics practice focuses on assisting clients with financial, accounting, and economic issues associated with complex fraud, litigation, and International Arbitration. A sample of diverse consulting engagements include consulting and preparation of expert report and testimony in local court and international arbitration, consulting on complex forensic accounting and financial reporting matters and opining on quantum, valuation, and loss of profits. Our professionals are trusted advisors who work collaboratively and in a very measured and expedient way to maximise value for our clients.This is a key role, operating in a fast-paced culture and will suit a candidate with the ambition and desire to grow and develop.Be part of a growing team with a unique opportunity to help shape the practice as it develops.Work within a team of world recognised experts in an established leading global consultancy.Work in a collaborative environment which promotes curiosity learning and communication, where our professionals have the freedom to innovate.Gain cross discipline exposure and develop a rounded skillset across investigations and compliance.Experience frequent client interaction including preparing and presenting results.Be mentored by some of the best professionals in the industry.Experience truly supportive career development with a formal development process, training programs and an internal e-learning platform, Ankura Academy.You will be a key member of the engagement team and will be provided opportunity to experience a variety of projects working collaboratively on diverse teams with skilled, intelligent, driven, and successful individuals.Responsibilities:Leading several aspects of our forensic accounting engagements primarily involving damages assessments, valuations, and financial investigations.Preparing and reviewing detailed financial models in Microsoft Excel, including analysing profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts in order to prepare a DCF analysis.Being significantly involved and in certain cases leading the drafting of reports and other deliverables for review by Managing Directors and Senior Managing Directors.Assisting as required in the management of client expectations and job administration.Supporting the team's business development opportunities and events and working towards developing your own network of clients and business contacts.Requirements:Graduate level qualification obtained from a leading university.A fully qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) and to have attained or currently be in the late stages of attaining another specialist forensic designation (e.g. CFE or equivalent).Having broad accountancy and audit experience within a recognised global practice, ideally including experience in the Middle East, with skill sets that can be readily transferred to dispute and investigation engagements.Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a flexible approach to problem solving.Previous experience in contributing to or drafting client deliverables and participating in presentations to clients on key findings.Experience in working across several industries in a professional services environment.Be willing to market to new and existing clients.Must be travel flexible both nationally and internationally.Due to the international nature of our work, in addition to English, must be fluent in Arabic.Ankura is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
