Required 5+ years of experience installing, administering, configuring, and upgrading/migrating:IBM Security Access Manager for Web 7.0, 9.0 (appliance-based) and all middlewareIBM Security Access Manager for Enterprise Single Sign-On 8.2 and all middlewareIBM Security Identity Manager 6.0 and above with all middleware componentsIntegration of ISIM with different applications like AD, Siebel, ERP, etc.Integration of ISAM 4 web with different applications using FSSO, Kerberos, SAML, HTTP Post, etc.Production support experience in incident management, problem management, and change management for IBM Security Identity Manager and IBM Security Access Manager related issuesExtensive knowledge and skills in maintaining an access management/SSO system in a large, complex organizationUnderstanding of custom changes and extensions to IBM Security Identity Manager and IBM Security Access ManagerCertification on IBM Security Identity Manager and IBM Security Access Manager (Must be given preference)Experience in performance tuning and problem determination of the above-mentioned products and middlewareKnowledge of basic security concepts (encryption using keys, SSL, HTTPS)Keen interest in providing best practice solutions for overall IAM strategyIntegration with different applications with Identity Manager like AD and other critical applications, etc.Production support experience in incident management, problem management, and change management for BeyondTrust PAM related issuesExtensive knowledge and skills in maintaining a PAM system in a large, complex organizationCertification of PAM solutionExperience in performance tuning and problem determination of the above-mentioned products and middleware
