Job Description
- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue potential customers.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and sales pitches.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends to adjust sales tactics.
- Market Research: Con duc t through market research .
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on products/services to explain features and benefits to clients.
- Sales Reporting : Track sales performance and prepare reports.
- Customer Support : Provide post-sale customer assistance.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
