Strategy Lead - Middle Mile (SPX Express)

Job Description

• Work closely with senior management and be part of the team that builds our robust supply chain network, Shopee Express, particularly the Sorting Centre arm
• Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to drive key metrics
• Own and drive high-impact projects to improve the speed & other important sorting centre & middle mile KPIs
• Deliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands-on and pragmatic approach

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university
• Has 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, experience in management consulting and operations is a plus
• Excellent problem and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data analysis into clear and concise communications.
• Ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within executive-level audiences.
• Results-driven, flexible, and adaptable; capable of working in ambiguous situations in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Advanced Spreadsheet, and R/Python will be advantageous
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Willing to be assigned in Podium, Mandaluyong
• Amenable to travel
