Arabic Computer Systems, a leading ICT company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Database Manager to join our team. As a Database Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and management of the company's databases. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of the databases, as well as coordinating with other teams to meet the organization's data needs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement database strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective data management.Monitor and troubleshoot database performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of database systems.Manage database security, ensuring data protection and privacy.Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement database solutions to support business requirements.Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.Lead and manage a team of database administrators and developers.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in database management.Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
