The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing the performance on Amazon, eBay, etc, focusing on advertising, promotions, competitor analysis, and sales tracking. This role will work closely with internal teams to drive growth through data-driven strategies and marketplace compliance.Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Management: Oversee the overall performance on Amazon, eBay, etc. focusing on sales growth and marketplace compliance.Marketplace Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all marketplace activities comply with Amazon and eBay's rules and guidelines, staying up to date on policy changes.Competitor & Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing research into competitors, pricing trends, and market demand to inform pricing strategies and promotions.Sales Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights and reports to improve profitability and marketplace performance.Advertising & Promotions: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and eBay Promoted Listings to maximize visibility and sales. Create and execute promotional strategies to enhance marketplace presence.Product Launches: Coordinate the listing and promotion of new products on marketplaces, ensuring all details are correct, and the launch aligns with business goals.Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 2-3 years managing Seller Central and Seller Hub, focusing on sales performance and advertising.Technical Skills: Expertise in Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings, and understanding of marketplace analytics.Analytical Ability: Strong skills in data analysis, sales tracking, and reporting to drive growth.Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to solving marketplace challenges.Timings:Monday to Friday 12:30 to 9:30 PM (April-October) 1:30 to 10:30 PM (November-March)Saturday 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (alternate off)Package:1.8 - 3.6 LPA PRB
