You'll collaborate with our dynamic team to translate ideas into impactful visuals, from initial concept development to final execution.Required Skills and Qualifications2 years of relevant work experience, with a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.Ability to design on Canva, and Adobe Suite (Procreate is a plus), with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating visually compelling designs with mature typography, color theory, and composition principlesStrong understanding of design principles, layouts, typographies, and best practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects efficientlyPassion for design and a keen eye for detailProficiency in English languageResponsibilities:Design and develop high-quality graphics for various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website banners, and display adsCollaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences, ensuring designs are aligned with brand guidelines and messagingCreate visually compelling posts, infographics, presentations, and other marketing materialsStay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practicesMaintain a strong understanding of color theory, typographies, and layout principlesWork effectively with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and clientsBonus Points:Experience with reel editing and motion graphicsUnderstanding of digital marketing best practicesCollaboration and Communication: - Work closely with clients, account managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs - Present design concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring client satisfaction - Collaborate with other designers to maintain a cohesive and consistent visual style across projectsWhat Matters to Us:Timely delivery of design projects within agreed timelinesHigh client satisfaction rates and positive feedbackConsistently high-quality, innovative, and on-brand designsEffective communication and collaboration with internal teams and clientsQualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Brand Designer or similar role at an agency- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding and UI/UX design- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)- Strong command over typography and its application in various design projects- Experience with AI-generated design tools and software is a plus- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindsetWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team- Professional development and growth opportunities- A collaborative and inclusive work environment- Comfortable and reasonable work hours, we believe good work takes time, and quality suffers when work is rushedHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and portfolio to contact@sherpa.social.
