Job DescriptionOur client, a premier medical facility, is currently looking for a Staff Nurse - NICU to be based in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:Provide comprehensive nursing care to premature and critically ill infants in the NICU.Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and social workers, to optimize patient outcomes.Educate and support families on care plans, procedures, and available resources, fostering a family-centered approach.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Nursing experience and worked in level 3 NICU (Critically ill premature babies)Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam.Must be NRP CertifiedCurrent licensure as a professional registered nurse.Proficient in EnglishFollow the Black Pearl channel on WhatsAppTo view other vacancies we have, please check our website (www.blackpearlconsult.com) and follow us on our social media accounts - LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies. Master's degree preferred. Experience Must have over 10 years of experience in a senior communications role, healthcare experience preferred. Certifications/Other requirements as applicable Must be highly proficient in written and spoken English, particularly as related to the requirements of Journalism. Perceptive in handling matters of a confidential nature; adequate background in the cultures, traditions, and beliefs of the various nationalities of his readership.
