The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase conversion rates for GatewAI ( ) & Skillible ( ) Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to optimize our websites, content, and online presence for search engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy: 1.Conduct keyword research and analyze competitors' SEO strategies 2.Develop and implement comprehensive SEO plans to improve search engine rankings 3.Monitor and adjust SEO strategies based on analytics data On-Page Optimization: 1.Optimize website structure, content, and meta tags for search engines 2.Ensure website accessibility, mobile-friendliness, and page speed 3.Impliment schema markup and other semantic search elements Content Optimization: 1.Develop and optimize high-quality, keyword-rich content 2.Conduct content audits and recommend improvements 3.Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation Link Building and Outreach: 1.Identify and secure high-quality backlinks from relevant sources 2.Develop and implement link building strategies 3.Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other industry partners Analytics and Reporting: 1.Monitor and analyze website analytics data (e.g., Google Analytics)2.Track keyword rankings, search engine positions, and conversion rates 3.Provide regular SEO performance reports to stakeholders Technical SEO: 1.Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements 2.Ensure website crawlability, indexing, and XML sitemap optimization 3.Troubleshoot technical SEO issues Collaboration : 1.Work closely with content, design, and development teams 2.Collaborate with social media and paid advertising teams 3.Provide SEO guidance and training to internal stakeholders Manage website and social media pages for Neerinfo Requirements: Essential : 1.3+ years of experience in SEO 2.Strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices 3.Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics)4.Analytical and problem-solving skills 5.Excellent communication and collaboration skills Desirable : 1.Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)2.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 3.Certification in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) What We Offer: 1.Competitive salary 2.Opportunities for professional growth and development 3.Collaborative and dynamic work environment 4.Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
