By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise.With our employees' well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more)Retirement savings planEmployee Assistance ProgramResponsibilities:Conduct production ground and flight tests for the purpose of validating the airworthiness of the aircraft.Conduct demonstration flights to potential customers.Conduct Customer Acceptance flights.Conduct Ferry flights.Carry out pre and post flight activities.May be required to support the weekend schedule for extended periods.May be required to support the Bombardier Flight Test Center.May be required to carry out manual and other documentation review.Perform secondary duties to support the flight operations team.How to thrive in this role?Hold a valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical.Have a minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time with 500 hours PIC on large multi engine aircraft.Have flexibility to work irregular hours and to travel on short notice.Have previous flight test experience or a strong technical background in certification or training is a definite asset.Have a US ATP is an asset.Have the right to work and live in Canada is required.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Have the ability to work with a team.Have the ability to execute the duties of an aircraft commander while maintaining a positive and cooperative relationship with the crew and management.Manage stressful situations.Have a working knowledge of MS Office.Please note: You don't need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
