ERP Director

Job Description

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of the company's ERP system across all business functions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and configure ERP solutions to meet those needs.
• Ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of the ERP system, managing upgrades and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop and maintain ERP-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Lead a team of ERP professionals and provide guidance, support, and training for internal teams.
• Analyze system performance and provide regular reports to senior management on system efficiency and usage.
• Oversee ERP vendor relationships and manage any third-party integrations.
• Stay up to date on ERP technologies and trends to ensure the company’s system remains at the forefront of industry standards.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 20-25 years of experience in ERP implementation and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale ERP projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex system configurations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience with data security and compliance best practices related to ERP systems.
• GCC Experience is a must 
• Excellent command of English language is a must
