F&B Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations Executive to oversee and enhance our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in F&B management, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining Cafe budgetsOversees and manages all Cafe, beverage, and service operationsControls and analyses the quality levels of production and presentation, and food/beverage cost, cleanliness, sanitation and hygieneResponsible, with the Executive Chef, for the annual planning of food promotionsEnsure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverages across all outlets.Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.Analyze and report on sales performance and operational metrics.Implement effective control of food, beverage, labor, and operating expenses throughout the Food & Beverage divisionDrive innovative promotions, menus, and concepts; create a destination of choice for the hotel and guestsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 4 years of F&B management experience in a cafe environment.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage a large team and multiple outlets.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest standards of service and quality.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR4,500.00 per monthLicense/Certification:Driving license (Preferred)
