Responsibilities:Document system requirements and workflows, develop functional designs, configure solutions, and ensure thorough unit/integration testing to meet customer expectations.Employ strong English communication skills (written and spoken), with a highly organised approach with multitasking to understand, prioritise and resolve user support requests.Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend, document and implement process enhancements that maximise user productivity.Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, resolving system-related problems and guiding staff on optimised workflows.Collaborate with the ERP/IT teams and functional departments to effectively integrate ERP systems with other business applications.Work with external vendors and consultants for system integrations, support or specialised projects.Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP system architecture and configurations, customizations and processes.Drive compliance with ERP standards and best practices, including reviewing user access controls and maintaining data governance and integrity to provide trust in a 'single source of truth' for enterprise data.Evaluate and test new ERP updates, modules, process changes or integrations.Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees on ERP system usage and best practices.Help to create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.The PersonDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.5+ years ERP consulting or support experience, with at least 2 years working with Oracle NetSuite cloud ERP.Knowledge of 'what great looks like' from ERP systems, business process and data perspectives.SuiteFoundation certification for NetSuite ERP, with NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.Comprehensive understanding of main NetSuite ERP modules including core financials, one world, procurement and sales order processing.Knowledge of business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets and Record to Report.Particular preference for previous experience of Revenue Recognition processes using NetSuite or other cloud ERP.Knowledge of NetSuite's SSO and SuiteFlow preferred.Experience supporting NetSuite integrated applications, including leveraging Oracle and other support resources.Experience using middleware solutions (preferably Celigo) for efficient and maintainable integrations including transfer of Financial, Procurement, Sales and Employee master data.Strong ability of documenting ERP system and business configurations, processes and changes.Knowledge of other business functions outside of Finance is an advantage, including Procurement, HR and Sales/CRM.Demonstrated experience of scoping and implementing ERP solutions and modules using project management practices.
