To know more about us, do visit us at: Scope of Work: This is a pivotal role in driving positive change in the communities. It involves identification, planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation of projects. This would also involve, guiding and involving the partner organizations/communities in entire life cycle of the projects but also maintaining detailed database and documentation to ensure effectiveness and sustainability. Deliverables:
- Overall responsibility for WOTR’s operations in the region.
- Identification of project sites, need assessment report preparation.
- Providing overall thematic leadership and guidance on managerial, and all allied activities to different project teams working in the region.
- Preparing Project Proposals / Feasibility Study Reports Selection of sites and technical treatments during the preparation stage of project implementation.
- Undertaking monitoring, evaluation and impact studies in the region
- Training, management and upgradation of regional staff in consultation with head office.
- Overseeing and contributing to documentation and reporting.
- Support research unit to collect the data Impact Study, Case Study, Photo Documentation etc and maintain MIS data for the region
- Liaison with government functionaries, government departments, etc.
- Submission of monthly plans and reports
- Will responsible for physical and financial report of projects
- MSW/ MARD/ Agricultural Engineering or masters in relevant field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in English and Knowledge of local language. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
- Possessing good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Well versed with project management skills, computer skills
- Planning and M&E tools
- Basis understanding of accounts
- Networking and stakeholder management skills
