Regional Talent Acquisition Supervisor - KSA The Role of Regional Talent Acquisition Supervisor: We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our Talent Acquisition KSA cluster team at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, based in Riyadh. This role reports to the Regional Director of People & Culture in Charge of Talent Acquisition and new openings in KSA, and will assist in the execution of talent acquisition activities in Saudi Arabia. You will support the attraction and selection of top-tier talent to ensure our properties are staffed with highly skilled and diverse individuals. You will provide support and management for all talent acquisition activities and take responsibility for the candidate experience and onboarding process. Our Ideal Regional Talent Acquisition Supervisor candidate will have:
- The ability to support the Talent Acquisition Roadmap in identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities.
- Lead the onboarding team and provide support and advice to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Experience in leveraging internal/external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, multi-media advertising, social media, job fairs, university fairs, networking, community involvement/partnerships, and third-party assistance.
- A proven track record of building appropriate and meaningful relationships with universities and colleges.
- Expertise in assisting with full lifecycle recruiting of top-tier candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting candidates through offer negotiations and acceptance.
- Proficiency in using ATS software to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities.
- A commitment to ensuring outstanding candidate experiences throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
- The ability to gather feedback from candidates and our interviewing team to iterate and improve the recruitment process.
- Strong partnership and relationship-building skills with business and HR leadership, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team to determine business staffing needs.
- Creating, sending, and updating offer letters.
- Handling recruitment activities not only for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts but for any new possible openings in the region.
- Leveraging employer branding and proactively looking for innovative and new industry best practices around recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing to ensure we are hiring top talent.
- Using internal communication streams to promote careers and employee movements.
- Coordinating orientation sessions and training programs for new employees.
- Providing support to new hires during their initial period to ensure they have the resources and information needed to succeed.
- Developing and distributing onboarding materials such as welcome kits, employee handbooks, and training schedules.
- Facilitating introductions between new hires and their teams, as well as key stakeholders within the organization.
- Organizing and conducting onboarding check-ins at regular intervals (e.g., 30, 60, 90 days) to address any concerns and gather feedback.
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork and compliance documents are completed and filed appropriately.
- Collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and access to systems.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
