Job DescriptionA leading Product company with offices in North London are currently searching for a Digital Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis.The role will require strong leadership and team management skills as you will lead a team of experienced professionals.You should have proven experience as a Digital Operations Manager, IT Manager, Support Manager or similar role.Other qualities and experiences should include:- Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, application support, and digital operations.- Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring successful delivery.- In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles and compliance requirements.- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.- Relevant certifications (eg, PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are advantageous.*This is a Hybrid role, with the successful person required to work from the office 3 days per week*
