• Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond.
• Job scope includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
• Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates.
• Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal databases, networks, and professional networking events.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to keep us ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in any discipline.
• Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients.
• Experience managing both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
