As the Sales Operations Executive - Mortgage, you will be responsible for following up with clients, ensuring they provide the required documents for a loan eligibility check, and guiding them through the loan application process. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contact clients to follow up, build rapport, and collect necessary documents for a loan eligibility check.
  2. Proactively assist clients in submitting loan application documents and ensure smooth processing with banks.
  3. Maintain strong, persuasive communication to provide updates, answer queries, and guide clients toward finalizing the sale.
  4. Collaborate closely with mortgage consultants to streamline processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Address customer concerns effectively, overcome objections, and escalate any issues that may arise to close deals.
  6. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize client engagement and sales potential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Experience:
  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in banking and sales representation;
  2. Experience in the Telesales field is a plus.
Knowledge:
  1. Basic knowledge of mortgage process and eligibility;
  2. Familiarity with loan application processes, eligibility calculation, and document collection;
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Skills:
  1. Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively;
  2. Good communication skills;
  3. Fluent in Arabic (required) and English (required).
