Your strategic vision and relationship-building skills will be essential in driving growth and ensuring that Almarfa Medical continues to be a trusted partner for medical centers across the region.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a significant increase in market share.Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and opinion leaders, positioning Almarfa Medical as their go-to partner for medical device needs.Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies to expand our customer base within the medical sector.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Preferred Candidate:Experience: Experienced in medical device sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the medical devices industry, including market trends and key players.Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and opinion leaders.
