Lean envisions a fully inclusive financial ecosystem that serves everyone, no matter where they bank or live in the MENAP region.About the JobAt Lean, we are dedicated to making account-to-account payments and financial data sharing safe and intuitive for millions of users across MENA. As we expand our solutions, we are committed to designing exceptional experiences that place our users at the center of everything we do.We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Design team. In this role, you will help shape our brand experience and visual communication projects, tailoring them for the Saudi market. Your work will directly impact the engagement of the industry with our mission and will help shape and consolidate the future of the Lean brand.ResponsibilitiesWork with our diverse teams to produce localized and engaging visual content in Arabic, from social media announcements to long-form editorial pieces like reports and white papers.Bridge the gaps between our Product and Commercial teams to unify all the visual aspects of the Lean Experience, including product interfaces in mockups and demos.Develop the visual assets we'll share across our channels - from internal to public; from static to animated; and from digital to printed.Support our visual identity and marketing projects by bringing your knowledge of the Saudi culture and identity to influence the look and feel of Lean's branding.Document future updates to our branding guidelines and advocate for good branding standards across the company.Work with Product Marketing, Commercial, and our Client Operations teams to visualize complex technical concepts into elegant graphic resources.Become an evangelist of our Design Principles and Best Practices inside Lean and with our clients.Who you areYou see Design as a discipline that can extend beyond just an artwork or an interface.You're comfortable working within an agile and iterative Design workflow.Your work shows elegant and powerful visual communication skills.You're familiar with design systems and brand style guidelines.You're proficient with design tools and constantly exploring new technologies.You care about elite communication in written, visual, and spoken forms.You feel comfortable designing with words to help the company address our Saudi audience.You embrace feedback as an opportunity to deliver your best work.You aim to be self-sufficient and prioritize your own research.You're passionate about technology and financial products.NB.
