Job Summary:Provide skilled service in the installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of Air Conditioning (AC) equipment and systems at various stations of the facility.Job Duties: Assemble, install, test, and maintain Air Conditioning wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand and power tools.Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.Conduct the preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of all kind of Air Conditioning assets.Perform routine checks by inspecting Air Conditioning systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.Handle the daily Air Conditioning works in the mall.Coordinate with fit out contractors for installations.Handle the complaints on Air Conditioning system.Maintain the proper history of the equipment maintenance.Execute work orders from the supervisor.Fill in the regular property inspections and checklists. Prepare material requests required for the smooth operation of the Air Conditioning equipment.Receive the materials and check the quality. Perform the necessary corrective works.Any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.Minimum Requirements:High school Diploma. 3 Years of experience in a related field.Course certificate in Air conditioning.English, ArabicSkillsPlanning and managing projects.Handle problems quickly and efficientlyAbility to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities and handle work pressure.Ability to work independently or within a team. Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.Troubleshooting skills.Operating equipment used in the repair and maintenance of Air conditioning systems.Preparing and maintaining accurate records.Adhering to safety practices and handling hazardous materials.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Good verbal and written communication skills.
