Livestock Specialist Vacancy in Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Livestock Specialist to join our team. As a Livestock Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our livestock operations to ensure the health, welfare, and productivity of our animals. You will also maintain accurate records and implement best practices for animal care and nutrition. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Animal Science or a related field, at least 3 years of experience working with livestock, and strong communication skills. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 USD per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship. Freshers with relevant education may also apply.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience working with livestockKnowledge of animal care, nutrition, and breeding techniquesStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamAttention to detail and record keeping skillsResponsibilities:Manage daily operations of the livestock facilityEnsure the health and welfare of animals through proper care, nutrition, and housingMonitor animal behavior and identify any potential health issuesMaintain accurate records on animal health, breeding activities, and production dataImplement best practices for animal care based on industry standardsTrain and supervise other staff members in proper handling techniquesCollaborate with veterinarians to address any medical concerns or emergenciesStay updated on industry developments and incorporate new techniques or technologies into operations when necessarySalary and Benefits:This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 USD per month.
