Minimum Requirements:Diploma or BSc in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic or related field)Certificate (preferable diploma) or equivalent experience in low voltage circuits4 years experience in repair role in the media, television broadcast industry (Proof of experience is essential with a list of the types and models of equipment that has been repaired by the candidate)Knowledge and experience of broadcast operational practices in the Media IndustryTroubleshooting and component level repair of faulty video equipment such as VTRs, cameras and professional monitors of common brands (Sony, JVC, Canon) - EssentialTroubleshooting and mending of faulty broadcast equipment such as switchers, multiplexers, etc. - BonusAbility to work at high standard under pressure (sometimes extreme) and meet tight and often unrealistic deadlinesHigh standard and attention to detailsGood understanding of commercial, financial and contractual mattersAbility to use diagnosis and repair equipmentExcellent soldering abilityAbility to communicate effectively with customers at all levelsSelf-motivated and enthusiasticFluent in English (spoken and written)Excellent Presentation & Communication skillsJob SpecificationTravel within Saudi Arabia (Major Cities) and work outside hoursTroubleshoot faulty equipment and produce diagnosis reportsRepair faulty broadcast equipment to customer satisfactionPerform scheduled maintenance on equipment at workshop as well as on customer sitesWork with presales to identify risks in equipment choicesEnsure that workshop environment (equipment, setup, furniture, etc) is kept to a high standardInformation Technology and Services - Rawalpindi, Pakistan
