**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Supervisor located in Doha, Qatar. The Landscape Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily maintenance and upkeep of the company's landscaping and gardens. They will supervise a team of landscapers and gardeners, ensuring that all work is done to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Landscape Supervisor will also work in collaboration with other departments to develop and maintain a beautiful and sustainable landscape that enhances the overall appearance of the facility.
**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance and management
- Demonstrated knowledge of plants, trees, and other greenery, as well as irrigation, fertilization, and pest control methods
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetic design
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
**Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
