Job DescriptionEmployee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions, promoting a supportive environment.Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with hiring managers to create engaging job descriptions and implement effective recruitment strategies.Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.Performance Management:Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies.Facilitate training sessions on performance management best practices.Training & Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives, especially focusing on skills relevant to the entertainment industry.Organize workshops and creative development programs.HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decisions.Cultural Initiatives:Lead employee engagement initiatives that reflect our company values and enhance workplace culture.Advocate for diversity and inclusion across all HR practices.
