The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of fine materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones), and the ability to create both custom and collection-based pieces. You will work closely with our in-house team and artisans to bring ideas to life, blending tradition with contemporary trends.Responsibilities:Design fine jewelry collections, including rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and custom pieces.Conceptualize and sketch designs by handCollaborate with the production team to ensure the feasibility of designs.Source and select materials in line with the design vision.Stay updated on current jewelry trends, materials, and techniques.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision for custom jewelry.Oversee the production process to maintain quality standards.Assist in creating prototypes and ensure designs meet high craftsmanship standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or certification in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing fine jewelry designs.Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and fine jewelry craftsmanship.Excellent creativity and an eye for detail.Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer preferences.Experience in custom jewelry design is a plus.What We Offer:An opportunity to work with a prestigious fine jewelry brand.A creative and collaborative working environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
