Group overview:Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we operate construction and manufacturing businesses, design & development centers and a host of facilities in the Middle East and other countries.alfanar is involved in:Electrical, Electromechanical and Civil Engineering ConstructionManufacturing and Marketing Electrical Construction ProductsAllied Engineering ServicesOur Main Divisions:alfanar electricalfanar Constructionalfanar Building Systemsalfanar electricalfanar electric is the industrial arm of alfanar, manufacturing a variety of low, medium and high voltage electrical construction products.alfanar electric operates industries in:Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi ArabiaDubai, UAELondon, UKalfanar has a development and engineering center in Chennai, India.Industrial Complex, RiyadhThe center of alfanar's industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar's facilities.The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.Job Purpose:Aims to achieve projects objectives according to the customer/End-user acceptance criteria within agreed parameters and deliverables that are constrained to a defined timescale and budget.Key Accountability Areas:Lead the order hand-over process with sales team and ensure that all required documents/information is submitted and maintained with latest versions.Act as the communication channel between the customer and alfanar parties during the project execution starting from customer kick-off meeting till project closing.Develop and continuously update the project risk management and take the proper actions when required.Coordinate with all stakeholders to develop a comprehensive detailed project plan to monitor and track the project's milestones.Lead the kick-off meeting with the customer.Own, manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs and ensure that all changes had been considered technical and commercial through all project cycles.Provide technical clarification and comments raised by customers or by the internal stakeholders during the project execution.Actively coordinate between design team and the customer to approve the submitted design adhering to the order requirements and project's milestones.Proper coordination between the customer and manufacturing team to successfully complete the factory acceptance test "FAT", as well as leading the out-bounding Delivery "OBD" process.Manage the invoice collection process and actively contribute to facilitate it, however the collection process is the full responsibility of sales team.Secure the project delivery by coordinating with procurement team to start the purchasing process for the required materials especially those that have long lead time, during order confirmation/finalization process reference to the risk management plan.Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.Role Accountability:HR Proficiency:Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.Delivery:Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-Solving:Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.Quality:Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process Improvements:Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.Compliance:Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and Environment:Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.Academic Qualification:Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field.Work Experience:2 to 5 Years.Technical / Functional Competencies:Project ManagementProject PlanningProject Quality AssuranceProject SchedulingProject Scope ManagementProject Tracking and Reporting
